Hi, I am Gaurav Singh Nijjer. I'm a creative professional based in New Delhi, India.
I teach drama and applied theatre to learners of many ages, online and in person.
I teach drama and applied theatre to learners of many ages and backgrounds. My teaching draws on improvisation, devising, ensemble work and the use of technology in performance, and I have worked with school students, university groups, teachers and adult community members. I trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and bring that practice into accessible, hands-on sessions. I have led educational programmes that have reached over 1,500 artists and learners across India, including work on digital tools for the performing arts. I care about learning that builds confidence and curiosity, where people feel safe enough to experiment and learn out loud.

Gaurav Singh Nijjer is a theatre-maker, multidisciplinary designer, creative technologist and researcher from New Delhi, India.
As an artist Gaurav creates theatre, new media and interdisciplinary performances that integrate technology and storytelling, both as an individual artist and under his theatre company Kaivalya Plays. He is a researcher and educator, focusing on new technologies in storytelling. He also works as a creative strategist for brands and organizations, especially in the technology and arts sector, focusing on digital creative projects, marketing and growth.
