Cultural Producer for Cross-Border Arts Projects
Hi, I am Gaurav Singh Nijjer. I'm a creative professional based in New Delhi, India.
I produce arts projects that bring artists, institutions, funders and audiences together across countries.
I produce cultural projects that cross borders and bring different worlds into one room. As General Manager of Kaivalya Plays I look after programming, partnerships, fundraising and operations, and I have produced international collaborations with the Goethe-Institut, Instituto Cervantes, MediaFutures and other partners. I have managed multi-country projects across India, the UK, the US and Germany, handling budgets, contracts, scheduling and the cultural care these collaborations need. I served as creative producer for the UK company the Make 'Em Ups on their India tour. I enjoy the producer's role of holding many moving parts so artists can focus on the work.

Gaurav Singh Nijjer is a theatre-maker, multidisciplinary designer, creative technologist and researcher from New Delhi, India.
As an artist Gaurav creates theatre, new media and interdisciplinary performances that integrate technology and storytelling, both as an individual artist and under his theatre company Kaivalya Plays. He is a researcher and educator, focusing on new technologies in storytelling. He also works as a creative strategist for brands and organizations, especially in the technology and arts sector, focusing on digital creative projects, marketing and growth.
