Hi, I am Gaurav Singh Nijjer. I'm a creative professional based in New Delhi, India.
I lead the technical side of productions so the show runs safely and smoothly.
I work as a technical director, leading the technical delivery of a production from planning through to the live run. I have held this role on productions including Mining Hate, The Flabby-Breasted Virgin and Other Sordid Tales and Mind The Lag, covering video, sound, digital systems and the coordination that keeps a complex show on its feet. I plan the technical needs early, solve problems before they reach the stage and keep calm communication going with the whole team. My strength is shows that mix live performance with technology, where many systems have to work together at the same moment.

Gaurav Singh Nijjer is a theatre-maker, multidisciplinary designer, creative technologist and researcher from New Delhi, India.
As an artist Gaurav creates theatre, new media and interdisciplinary performances that integrate technology and storytelling, both as an individual artist and under his theatre company Kaivalya Plays. He is a researcher and educator, focusing on new technologies in storytelling. He also works as a creative strategist for brands and organizations, especially in the technology and arts sector, focusing on digital creative projects, marketing and growth.
