Hi, I am Gaurav Singh Nijjer. I tell stories through live performances, creative technology and multimedia.
I create visual installations in Kolkata that respond to sound, music, voices and physical audio input.
I design audiovisual systems in which sound becomes a driver for visual change. Audio signals can influence movement, particles, distortion and other visual parameters, creating a direct relationship between what an audience hears and sees.

Gaurav Singh Nijjer is a theatre-maker, multidisciplinary designer, creative technologist and researcher from New Delhi, India.
As an artist Gaurav creates theatre, new media and interdisciplinary performances that integrate technology and storytelling, both as an individual artist and under his theatre company Kaivalya Plays. He is a researcher and educator, focusing on new technologies in storytelling. He also works as a creative strategist for brands and organizations, especially in the technology and arts sector, focusing on digital creative projects, marketing and growth.
