Projection Design for Theatre in Delhi
Hi, I am Gaurav Singh Nijjer. I tell stories through live performances, creative technology and multimedia.
I design projection and video systems that integrate moving image with theatre and live performance in Delhi.
I use projection as part of theatrical scenography rather than simply as a backdrop. Video can transform scenery, establish locations, respond to performers or introduce live camera imagery. I work with directors, scenographers and performers to develop projection systems that support the dramaturgy and practical requirements of a live production.

Gaurav Singh Nijjer is a theatre-maker, multidisciplinary designer, creative technologist and researcher from New Delhi, India.
As an artist Gaurav creates theatre, new media and interdisciplinary performances that integrate technology and storytelling, both as an individual artist and under his theatre company Kaivalya Plays. He is a researcher and educator, focusing on new technologies in storytelling. He also works as a creative strategist for brands and organizations, especially in the technology and arts sector, focusing on digital creative projects, marketing and growth.
