I design theatrical experiences that use technology to connect performers, audiences and digital environments in Hyderabad.
I explore how interaction can change the relationship between performer and audience. Cameras, sensors, projected imagery and digital systems can respond to audience behaviour or performer actions, making technology an active component of the theatrical event.

Gaurav Singh Nijjer is a theatre-maker, multidisciplinary designer, creative technologist and researcher from New Delhi, India.
As an artist Gaurav creates theatre, new media and interdisciplinary performances that integrate technology and storytelling, both as an individual artist and under his theatre company Kaivalya Plays. He is a researcher and educator, focusing on new technologies in storytelling. He also works as a creative strategist for brands and organizations, especially in the technology and arts sector, focusing on digital creative projects, marketing and growth.
