Hi, I am Gaurav Singh Nijjer. I'm a creative professional based in New Delhi, India.
I run drama and improvisation workshops that help groups connect, play, listen and tell their stories.
I facilitate drama and improvisation workshops for organisations, festivals, schools and community groups. My sessions use applied improvisation to help people communicate, collaborate, listen and feel more present with each other. I have facilitated for artists, students, teams and community groups, both online and in the room, and I adapt each session to who is there and what they need. As one half of Kaivalya Plays, a company known for applied improvisation, I have years of practice holding a room with warmth and clear structure. I believe the best workshops feel light and playful while quietly doing serious work underneath.

Gaurav Singh Nijjer is a theatre-maker, multidisciplinary designer, creative technologist and researcher from New Delhi, India.
As an artist Gaurav creates theatre, new media and interdisciplinary performances that integrate technology and storytelling, both as an individual artist and under his theatre company Kaivalya Plays. He is a researcher and educator, focusing on new technologies in storytelling. He also works as a creative strategist for brands and organizations, especially in the technology and arts sector, focusing on digital creative projects, marketing and growth.
