Hi, I am Gaurav Singh Nijjer. I'm a creative professional based in New Delhi, India.
I manage arts organisations and projects, looking after planning, budgets, partnerships and people.
I manage arts organisations and complex cultural projects. As General Manager of Kaivalya Plays I look after programming, partnerships, fundraising and day-to-day operations, and I have managed multi-stakeholder projects across India, the UK, the US and Germany. My experience covers budgeting, financial oversight, contracts, scheduling and the steady communication that keeps everyone aligned. I have worked with funders including the Goethe-Institut, Instituto Cervantes, the Moleskine Foundation and ifa. My management style is artist-first and calm under pressure, with care for process and for the people doing the work. I came to the arts from years in marketing and growth, which shapes how I plan and measure.

Gaurav Singh Nijjer is a theatre-maker, multidisciplinary designer, creative technologist and researcher from New Delhi, India.
As an artist Gaurav creates theatre, new media and interdisciplinary performances that integrate technology and storytelling, both as an individual artist and under his theatre company Kaivalya Plays. He is a researcher and educator, focusing on new technologies in storytelling. He also works as a creative strategist for brands and organizations, especially in the technology and arts sector, focusing on digital creative projects, marketing and growth.
